Americana Box - Includes a hand painted wooden box and all the instructions to finish it off.
Have Ewe Any Wool? - Dames of the Needle debut!  The collaborative efforts of Finger Work and Just One More resulted in an original design that coordinate a hand painted, wooden box with a needlebook, scissor fob, and strawberry.
Eve's Box - Exclusively available only at Elegant Stitch. This kit includes the graphs for all the pieces shown here:   box band, box top, needlebook, pincushion, scissors fob, as well as the fabric & fibers, the handpainted box, the tigers wood needlecase, the chick charm, and rooster waxer.
Samplers
A is for Acorn - This piece was stitched on 32 ct Country French Latte from Wichelt. The fibers used are by Gloriana Threads (GT), The Thread Gatherer-Silk ’N Colors (SNC), The Gentle Art (TGA), Olde Willow Stitchery (OWS), and DMC The finished piece measures 3 ¾" x 5". The Cording was completed using DMC 783 and 3051 fibers.
C is for Crow - The first in a new series. This piece was stitched on 32 ct. Barn Owl by Birds of a Feather. All fibers are by Weeks Dye Works. The finished piece measures 3 3/4" x 5". Finishing was completed using DMC fibers.
D is for Drummer - This piece was stitched on 32 ct. Country French Cafe-Mocha. The fibers used are by The Gentle Arts Sampler Threads (TGA) DMC and Thread Gatherer, Silk ’N Colors (SNC). The finished piece measures 3 ¾" x 5". The Cording was completed using Ecru and 3750 DMC fibers.
J is for Jack - this is the latest in the primers.  Jack was stitched on Pearled Barley 32 count from Lakeside Linens using fibers from Weeks Dye Works, The Gentle Art, Olde Willow Stitchery and DMC.  As with the other primers Jack has a button from Just Another Button Company included with the chart and a verse of piety “Hasten thy step to follow the hare’s moonlite path of wisdom and knowledge.  To lessen one’s canter could lead to madness and folly.”
M is for Mermaid - The second in a new series. This piece was stitched on 32 ct. Nightingale by Birds of a Feather. The fibers used in this piece are by The Gentle Arts Sampler Threads (TGA) and Gloriana Silk (GS). The finished piece measures 3 ¾" x 5". The Cording was completed using DMC fibers.
N is for Noah - The model was stitched on 32 count Mourning Dove by Lakeside Linens.  Using threads from The Gentle Art and Weeks Dye Works.  The cording was completed using DMC threads. The finished piece measures 3 ¾" x 5". 
O is for Owl - Stitched on 32 ct. Barn Owl by Birds of a Feather.  Dimensions are 60w X 79h or 3 ¾” by 5”.  Fibers by The Gentle Art, Weeks Dye Works, and DMC threads.
W is for Willow - This piece was stitched on 32 ct. Vintage Maple Sugar from Lakeside Linen. The fibers used are by The Gentle Art Sampler Threads (TGA) and Weeks Dye Works (WDW) . The finished piece measures 3 ¾" x 5". The Cording was completed using DMC 833 and DMC 926 fibers.
Christmas Pynpillow - This was stitched on Vintage Antique Ivory 35 count line from Wichelts and the threads used are DMC. The entire pynpillow was stitched with two strands of thread over two linen threads with Cross stitch.
Christmas Treasures - Each ornament was stitched on 32 ct. Lambswool by Wichelt, Inc. All fibers are by DMC.
Ghost - Stitched on 32 ct. Eggplant by R & R Reproductions.  120 X 113 stitches, finished on 32 ct.- 7 1/2 “ by 7”. Frame by: Molly-Made Frame. Fibers and embellishments are by Glorianna Threads, Kreinik Mfg. Company and Access Commodities.
Home n' Heart - Stitched on 32 ct. Cattail Brown linen from Lakeside Linen 360-428-8688.  The fibers used are from The Gentle Art Sampler Threads (TGA) and Weeks Dye Works.

Industrious Bee - Stitched on 8 1/2 inch x 12 inch Belfast Platinum 32 count linen from Wichelt.  Fibers by The Gentle Art and The Thread Gatherer.

 

Maryland Horn Book-The finished model measures 68w stitches  x 44h stitches.  This horn book is a delightful accessory to your work basket.  The model was stitched on Vintage Meadow Rue 32 count by Lakeside Linens.  Fibers for the project are from The Gentle Art and Weeks Dye Works and wool from Weeks Dye Works.  The piece was designed to hold a pair of black primitive Little Gems from Kelmscott Designs.  The horn book is from Images Stitchery Designs large horn book, walnut with magnet inset on the left side.  The linen is attached to the horn book by stitching 8 mother of pearl buttons through holes drilled in the corners of the horn book.   Detailed finishing instructions and how to attach the stitched pieces to the horn book are included with the chart.  Stitches on the piece include Cross Stitch over one and two, Nun 's Stitch, Straight Stitch, Surface Embroidery, French Knots, Stem Stitch and Couched Stitch.   Photography by Michael McCormick.

New England Horn Book- The finished size of the 68 w stitches x 44h stitches.  The model was stitched on Vintage Meadow Rue 32 count linen from Lakeside Linens.  The fibers used on the project are from The Gentle Art and Weeks Dye Works.  Sand Wool from Weeks Dye Works.  The piece was designed to hold black primitive Little Gems from Kelmscott Designs.  The horn book is from Images Stitchery Designs (Large horn book birch.  Paint the horn book black.  The linen is attached to the horn book by stitching 8 mother of pearl buttons through holes drilled in the corners of the horn book.  A half a magnet is included with the chart to hold the scissors in place.  Stitches on the piece include Cross Stitch over one and two, Long Arm Cross, Rice Stitch, Tent Stitch, Straight Stitches, French Knots, and Nun's Stitch.  Detailed finishing instructions and how to attach the stitched pieces to the horn book are included with the chart.

New England Sampler-The finished model measures 121 stitches x 160 stitches approximately 7" x 10" . This sampler is a mix of counted stitches and surface embroidery.  The chart has color pictures to show placement of the surface embroidery.  Fabric from Access Commodities 34 count Legacy Linen Wren Wing.  Fibers by The Gentle Art.

Patriot's Pynpillow - The finished model measures 7" w X 37/8"h. The stitches used in this design include Cross, Straight and Eyelet. Fabric by Wichelt Imports, Inc. Fibers by Weeks Dye Works and The Gentle Art.  

Pennsylvania Dutch Blue Huswife- This piece is stitched on 30 count Tin Roof and Cadet thread from Weeks Dye Works.  Design size is 3 3/4" x 12.  The piece uses Vintage Double Sided Silk Ribbon from Gloriana Threads in the finishing along with Dove Hounds Tooth Wool from Weeks Dye Works.  Primitive Storkett Scissors from Kelmscott Designs. 

Finishing instructions are included with the chart.

Pennsylvania Dutch Pink Huswife- This piece is stitched on 30 count Crushed Strawberry from Access Commodities and thread Blue Coat Red from Weeks Dye Works.  Design size is 4 1/4" x 12.  The piece uses Vintage Double Sided Silk Ribbon from Gloriana Threads in the finishing along with Cinnabar Wool from Weeks Dye Works.  Primitive Storkett Scissors from Kelmscott Designs. 

Finishing instructions are included with the chart.

Playful Day Neccessaire-The model was stitched on 30 count Garden State Java linen from R & R Linen with fibers from The Gentle Art and Weeks Dye Works.  The chart and stitching instructions are sold separate from the finishing instructions.  Finishing instructions are from Judy Odell www.justathought.net .

Primitive Needle Book - This is a fun and quick stitch.  The needle book combines Counted Work on linen with wool and silk lining fabric.  

The piece is stitched on 30 count Crushed Strawberry from Access Commodities, thread from Blue Coat Red and Red Pear Hounds Tooth wool from Weeks Dye Works and Weathered Barn from The Gentle Art.  Finishing instructions are included with the chart.

The edges to the silk lining fabric were left raw to add to the 'primitive' look of the piece.  The edges were Rouched with organza ribbon.  There are instructions on Rouching are included with the chart.  This is a fun and fast stitch.  A great exchange project. Pumpkin Stew Scissor Case- The finished model measures 4"h x 3.5w.  The stitches used in this design include Cross Straight Stitch, Couched Stitch and Satin Stitch.  Pink Sand 32 count linen by Wichelt Imports, Inc.  Fibers by Weeks Dye Works and The Gentle Art.  A magnet is included with the chart to be used in the finishing process to keep the scissors in the case.

This scissor case was designed for Steweb Scissor from Kelmscott Designs.

The verse reads: "I brew for you a pumpkin stew of scary bats and spooky cats and a spider web or two."  A lovely addition to any witch's sewing basket.
