The finished model measures 68w stitches x 44h stitches. This horn book is a delightful accessory to your work basket. The model was stitched on Vintage Meadow Rue 32 count by Lakeside Linens. Fibers for the project are from The Gentle Art and Weeks Dye Works and wool from Weeks Dye Works. The piece was designed to hold a pair of black primitive Little Gems from Kelmscott Designs. The horn book is from Images Stitchery Designs large horn book, walnut with magnet inset on the left side. The linen is attached to the horn book by stitching 8 mother of pearl buttons through holes drilled in the corners of the horn book. Detailed finishing instructions and how to attach the stitched pieces to the horn book are included with the chart.
